With extensive experience across diverse sectors, including healthcare, education, and non-profit organizations, Dr. Dixon has a proven track record in driving organizational change and fostering talent growth.

Dr. Sandi Mills
Co-Chair
Dr. Sandi Mills is a seasoned leadership and OD consultant who empowers leaders to amplify evidence-based tactics for cultivating organizational joy! She designs and often facilitates leadership and team interventions concentrated in contemporary human-centered leadership, social relations, interpersonal communication, and positive psychological approaches to change. Sandi is dedicated to enhancing workplace culture by sharing science that helps stakeholders address common issues such as individual emotional agility, team effectiveness, and compassionate clear communication. As an empathic listener, she skillfully engages with multicultural and multigenerational teams to inspire action and meet diverse audience needs. Outside of her professional pursuits, she champions continuous curiosity, adoption, and enjoys a good rally in tennis.

Dr. Rachel Ingel-Champion
Marketing Director
Rachel Ingel-Champion is an Organizational Psychologist, seasoned leader, executive coach, and consultant with over 20 years of expertise in Organization & Talent Strategy, Development, and Transformation. Passionate about creating spaces where humans and organizations can tap into their full potential, she helps leaders craft their success by embracing unique strengths and creating human-centered, simple, and focused strategies that drive both human and business performance. Rachel partners with leaders and organizations to ensure that strategies are future-focused, inclusive, and grounded in the science of human behavior and change. She has led development and transformational efforts for Fortune 500 and 1000 companies across various industries, including Media & Entertainment, Retail, and Consumer Products. Based in Portland, Oregon, Rachel enjoys traveling, cooking, and sharing culinary experiences with her husband, daughter, and rambunctious Cairn Terrier.

Dr. Jonathan Troper
Innovation Director
Jonathan Troper, PhD, has a background in nonprofit and for-profit work, as well as consulting in OD and talent development. He has led numerous student consulting teams for employee surveys, cross-organizational collaborations, needs analyses, diversity analysis, and program evaluations. He has led radically-inclusive strategic planning processes at Alliant International University, where he has taught in I-O psychology for 20 years.

Membership & Community Engagement Director
Sepideh Agahi, MA, is pursuing a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, with an educational foundation in clinical psychology. Her professional experience encompasses roles in research, change management, and organizational development, where she has skillfully developed GenAI capable of supporting applied tasks for talent professionals. Sepideh is dedicated to contributing to the application of artificial intelligence for talent professionals’ career success.
